First Steps
Hi, I’m Jamie. I offer an open and welcoming space where you’re free to be yourself, without having to meet any expectations. I know sometimes it can feel difficult to start counselling and to find a counsellor that feels right for you. I’m happy to talk through these things with you and support you in taking the first steps.
Finding Support
Would you like to feel more supported and understood? You might be experiencing anxiety, depression, pain or fatigue, or maybe you’re just feeling a bit burnt out. I offer a space to step away from daily life and together gently find a way through.


Getting Started
I offer a free 30-minute introductory session, which is an opportunity to find out a bit more about each other and answer any questions you might have. There’s no obligation to continue sessions afterwards.
