I offer an open and welcoming space, without judgement or expectations. I know it’s not always easy looking for a counsellor, but when you find the right person, it can really help. If you haven’t found a counsellor that fits yet, please do reach out and we can see if we would like to work together.
Finding Support
Would you like to feel more supported and understood? You might be experiencing anxiety, depression, pain or fatigue, or maybe you’re just feeling a bit burnt out. I offer a space to step away from daily life and together find what works for you.


Getting Started
I offer a free 30-minute introductory session, which is an opportunity to find out a bit more about each other and answer any questions you might have. There’s no obligation to continue sessions afterwards.
